We use only the highest quality 3M 9995WL+ adhesive that was designed specifically for long lasting adherence to a broad range of materials, including fiberglass and aluminum.

Currently, we can make 3mm, 6mm, 9mm (almost quarter inch), 12mm (half inch). If you need anything thicker, let us know!

We currently have 40,000 sheets of foam in our warehouse and growing! We do all of our foam manipulation right here in Memphis, Tennessee and most foam orders ship within a couple business days! If you just need a few sheets that don’t require manipulation, then it will usually ship within 48 hours!

We ship everything from 1 sheet of foam to 2,000 sheets, straight from our warehouse to your location. If you need containers of foam sheets, we can do that too! We pride ourselves in having a massive supply so you will never have to wait for your shipment of EVA foam. We currently have 40,000 sheets on hand with another 10,000 on the way!

Our quality control standards allow for the following on flat surfaces (per side):

• Up to 10 holes with a diameter of 2 mm or less
• Up to 4 holes with a diameter between 2.1 mm and 3.0 mm
• No holes larger than 3.0 mm are acceptable

Brushing is done by our production team as orders are placed. This can result in slight differences in depth and pattern between orders. To ensure uniformity, we recommend ordering all the material you’ll need for your project at the same time.

Slight color variation can occur between pallets of the same color in different foam densities (LOTUSDEK – GD150 and GRYPHONDEK – DG200). To avoid inconsistencies, we recommend not mixing pallets of the same color but different densities on the same project.

At our Lotus Foam warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee, we take pride in ensuring the customer is a repeat and happy customer. If there is something wrong, we will fix it. Bottom line.

You may see longer warranties out there, but their coverage dilapidates or prorates to where it is worth much less compared to when you bought the foam. Our limited warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of manufacture of the product specified in the purchase order or receipt accompanying this warranty (the "product") and remains in effect for the duration of the Warranty Period over a one (1) year period. Bottom line is that if you have any issues, we will work it out!
